To tell you the truth, I never feel truly relaxed anymore.

But I generally try to relax by playing video games or listening to certain scores from certain video game soundtracks. It works well enough I suppose.

Like everyone else in this thread, music seems to do the job pretty well! And depending on how relaxed I want to feel, I listen to different genres of music. For example, if I want to feel a little relaxed but be able to get back to work afterwards, I listen to oldie rock songs. Or if I want to try and feel relaxed for the rest of the day, I might listen to soft jazz.
