My Favorite Disney Villain: Jafar  (Aladdin)

My Favorite Pixar Villain: Stinky Pete the Prospector (Toy Story 2)

Other: Sideshow Bob  (The Simpsons) and Harley Quinn (Batman).

Overall favorite villain (in any category): Darth Vader (Emperor Palpatine is a close second).

Favorite super villain: Syndrome (The Incredibles).

Favorite pony villain: Nightmare Moon. 

Disney villain: Gaston (Beauty and the Beast).

My favorite villain is Sombra, especially after the alternate war timeline, would've loved to see him be more cool like he could've been.

1. The Batman Who Laughs for being a Completely Sadistic and awesome Villain, He even Surpasses even the Joker, a psychotic mass murderer himself, in terms of heinousness as the Joker is shown to absolutely loathe him (The Batman who Laughs), teaming up with Batman twice to stop him and becoming deathly serious whenever referring to him, such as calling him "a wrong thing that should not exist.

The Joker is for me one of the most interesting, crazy, dangerous and mysterious villains ever created. There are so many great villains and antagonists (for me the most interesting characters in fictional works), but if I had to choose one, it would be mr. J.

If I had to choose a favorite villain, I would currently choose Palpatine. My favorite villain is subject to change though, depending on what movies, shows, video games, etc. that I am currently interested in.

Gotta go with a classic on this one: Dio Brando from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure. He’s a great villain because he’s done many terrible things, yet the audience, and even several canon characters, still love him regardless. (Platonically or otherwise) In fanfics he can be portrayed as either kind or cruel, and yet both interpretations somehow feel correct. Dio is like a precious gemstone, there are many facets to his personality and all of them make him shine brightly.
