We're currently working on giving out the badge associated with finding all six rupees. It does exist because I've seen what it looks like and believe me when I say that you will find it most appropriate given what you've been doing.

There are a few hints in this thread that will lead you to some of the rupees. Others can be found by doing usual forum tasks that users do everyday.
