I'll probably be making seitan all day because I have a recipe that calls for 2 pounds of it...  My first batch is doing better than I thought, it's really poofy and it's trying to push it's way out of the pot but I'm trying to stay on top of it.  Was kinda hoping to bake some bread today but I guess I didn't give myself enough time for that lol...

I've spent most of my time getting irritated by two very irritating kinds of people that are both unfortunately quite common on the internet...

I haven't done all that much today. I had some breakfast, bugged my sister a bit, and did some car shopping online. Maybe I'll trying looking for jobs now.

• Did the washing up
• Jogged up and down on the step in my room 500 times
• Hoovered my bedroom
• Played GTA V for a while
• Did the dark laundry
• Cooked dinner
• Took a two hour nap
• Took care of my household accounts to make sure everything is ready to be paid for during the next month
• Browsed online for clothes that I want to buy
• Inspected the garage to prepare for a mass sort out
• Took out the recycling and regular rubbish
• Lured and trapped a bunch of fruit flies that were infesting the bathroom and released them outside

Exciting, I know!
